Despite Bodo's denial and the chaos his addiction causes, Joel documents his father's struggle, hoping to inspire change. As their bond deepens, Joel can choose to confront his father or cherish the time they have left together.

Why is this vital?
Because the story transforms a harsh and deeply current reality into a human, funny, imperfect and moving story about love, denial and what we are willing to do for those we love.
